What activities are available for children at the Disney animal Kingdom lodge

There is a very large pool, storytelling at night, tons of animals to see out of windows or at the various outdoors viewing areas, and more.

On the activity guide everything for kids to do is listed. There is a code by the drum playing session, rain sticks, scavenger hunt that they can earn beads to make a bracelet, but my boys enjoyed meeting the cast members from Africa that led the activities, listening to their stories and hearing what it was like to grow up in their part of the world. Night vision goggles for animal viewing in dark was also fun. The community center has a different craft every day- tie dye t-shirts, ceramics ... if you are taking a day off from the parks to enjoy the resort.

We were there we could go we did not have one moment to spare we were at all the parks the kids were able to see a lot of the cast members and characters and take photos it was all types of activities they love the pool it was just an awesome time for the children they loved it

Animals and smores!

There is pool bingo, 2 water slides at Kidani, face painting, and a short bus ride to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the water parks. What is there not to do for the children. There is also the TV with retro Disney cartoons.

If you go to the front Desk there is a new activity the children can do to receive memory beads.

Go to the front desk and ask for an activity calendar. It has info for different things going on like art tours, face painting, cookie decorating, cast members talking about about their home country, etc. There's a free food tour of Boma and Jiko at 415pm. So much to do without ever leaving the resort! You can also Google 'Animal Kingdom activity calendar' to see the one for the current month.

Activities? Go to one of the parks. With all the walking they will be doing, sleeping sounds like a great activity.

Night movies, kidani village has a huge community hall with pool tables, video games , etc.
