I didn't see any snakes. It is bear country, but the sites all have bear boxes, and there are bear proof dumpsters throughout the campground. Mostly we saw chipmunks and hummingbirds.
No snakes above 7500 feet.
We saw no snakes. The main wildlife is hummers and chipmunks. While there are bear boxes, we saw no evidence of any recent activity. FYI we were there just a few days ago.
Same, we did not see snakes. Although I like to believe that my husband is being truthful when he tells me there are no snakes in the mountains. 😆
