This was the first time staying at this hotel but the room was real nice. Really enjoy the room we had. Have to get use to the new technology getting on the elevator going to the rooms. We went on Father's Day & it was so busy. Never got to eat at that buffet cause the line was terrible long all evening til closing. But did eat lunch at the buffet the next day. Also, have eaten dinner another time when not so busy & the food was good. It is a bit expensive but everything it now days.

The parking garage has 8 levels and has easy access to elevators. We ate at the 24/7 restaurant with a party of 6. There was a wait of around 20 minutes. Not bad for a Sunday! The food was good and you can order breakfast all day if you like. It's a limited menu but what you get will fill you up, just beware they add their gratuity on for a party of 6 or more. We were not aware of this policy until we got the bill. We asked for separate checks beforehand so it would be easier to calculate our meals but our server gave one check for the table. My wife calculated our portion of the bill and gave him an additional cash tip of 25% not realizing a gratuity had already been charged to us. The service and food was good but not worthy of a double tip. Please let people know of this policy and (maybe) have it displayed on the menu before you order. The restaurant is located on the casino level 2 and is easy to access. Our overall experience was good.

This is a Great place! Modern aesthetic and the newest up-to-date machines and guest rooms. Monarch has pleasant staff in the majority of the areas, even the players club and cashiers are great and very friendly. It is a well know fact this is not usually the case. The restaurants have improved a great deal. 24/7 now has consistent tasty food. The pastries are uniquely yummy. The Buffet is extremely large with a price tag to match, little under $70, thank goodness for players club points and food comps. Guess it is up to the person whether it's worth it. Monarch is a pleasant experience all around. my new #1.

Thank god this last visit this weekend to the Monarch was way better than the first one a couple months ago. The first time we stayed at this hotel we went to the pool on the roof at 10am, as we were looking around we saw two men in the hot tub the one gentleman was face down in the water due to he had blacked out from over drinking to much and over heated. I jumped into the hot tub with my clothing on and carried the unconscious man out of the tub and we got someone to call ems. After ems took the gentleman to the hospital we tried to calm our nerves and went down for breakfast/lunch. At this time I couldn’t find my cash voucher for the slot machines that I must have lost during the excitement. I went to the help desk and they told me I was out of luck. I was hopeful that they could do something but again I was told sorry there is nothing they can do. That stay was a disaster and thought we might not ever stay there again. This last weekend we decided to give them 1 more try and had an excellent time. There was no one drowning in the hot tub and this time they had staff at the pool so if anything did happen there would have been help. The chop house had amazing food. Our room was beautiful. Thank you for a great birthday weekend.

The entire state is non smoking inside a building. Pretty sure most of the country is.
It's now $10 off for Seniors on Wednesdays.
No. Park in the parking garage on the 4th floor, you can walk right in. We had a brunch at the twenty-four-seven restaurant with minors in our party and there was no problem.
