Was at Saratoga casino in black hawk this morning and left interior lights on. Went to cage and asked if maintenance could give me a jumpstart. When lady in cage radioed maintenance they responded they are not mechanics. The poor lady at cage was embarrassed. So went next door to gilpin casino and they gladly helped get car started in Saratoga garage. So I do not recommend gambling there if you are going to need any type of service beyond spending your hard earned money there.

Use to love this place until today. Received a ticket for a free gift when I went to claim the gift the casino host said there was a glitch in the system and I didn't earn enough points for a free gift, either way that unprofessional to not honor something your system offered. . . Cutting up this players card and will not return if that's how they treat their regular guests. . .
