The hotel lobby was only open for a few hours each day. Otherwise you had to use the self check-in or call some from the Isle down the street. The lady that helped me and the person I called while needing assistance from the front desk were very helpful. The room was pretty good. The bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom (the shower in particular) wasn't so great. The shower head and water pressure was erratic and the ceiling above the shower was not in good shape. Overall, I think the experience was fine. If you are looking based on most affordable, this is acceptable. If you are wanting a nicer experience, you'll want to focus on the Ameristar or Monarch.

Pros: affordable, clean, window opens for fresh air, free parking and nice TV. Cons: the lamp on one side of the bed would not plug into the outlet and there was no microwave. the fridge was kind of small, but that's alright. My boyfriend and I could hear the squeaking/grinding of the elevator doors and it was pretty annoying. I'm kind of glad we didn't have to deal with any staff, the kiosk to check in was pretty easy. It's an alright place to stay if you need something cheap. We did not visit the casino since we're not really interested.

Poor experience, took 45 minutes to check in with only 1 person ahead of us. Only had two pillows in our king sized bed, were told we couldn’t get any more. Also we had 5 people in our party and they wouldn’t open up another table for us @ 6:30pm with dealers standing around doing nothing. Ended up walking to a different casino. Do not recommend

Friendly and helpful!! For the price it's pretty good. The staff were my favorite. The casino also. I liked it most of other casinos we visited. The room was clean. But there's only 2 pillows per bed. They will give you more if needed. So check in to restaurant, I really enjoyed my stay.
