I feel bad for the young lady working the grill at Golden Gates! She was alone and of course everyone was hungry at the same time. No manager took time to help clear her lines. Shows what employees they value most.

I played poker here multiple times. One of the dealers makes me not want to play here anymore. She is older and bald. She is rude and is very condescending to many players there. You make one mistake, and she will berate you instead of kindly explaining what we did wrong. I gave her the benefit of a doubt the first couple times. After dealing with nicer poker dealers at other casinos, I will not be coming back here again because of her.

As far as I know the same hours that the casino is open. I play in the poker room and I've always seen the roulette table open.
I personally send out letters, but if you call the casino, they might be of help
