I booked a one night stay for my wife, my kids and I, and it was fairly priced for a very clean and spacious room on the 28th floor. The young woman working the desk, Jessica, was very courteous and friendly and helped us get checked in. However, she informed us that the pool was closed, so that was a big miss, because I had no intention of gambling, but we still wanted to have fun. When we got to our floor, I went to see if the vending machine had any good options for snacks. A near inoperable coke machine awaited me, it took ten minutes to get two sprites before I gave up. Also, the ice machine was broken so no ice for anyone who needed it. It was a very nice room, but it had little to no amenities for anyone just casually passing through because everything was broken or just not open.

Excellent service. In particular, one of the women who worked the front desk--Hannah-- was excellent. My friend and I tried to have our table play counted to discount the room price. But our gambling account (whatever it is called!) was not linked to our room number. She said that to sort it out she had to add some information to our room to link these accounts and she also had to call the casino host. She said she would call us back. We said that would be fine and drove away. We didn't expect to hear from her. But we did! She did what she said and was able to refund a little bit of our hotel price. (I want to mention as an aside that we had tried to sort this out with one of the casino cashiers. The man who worked there was unable/unwilling to help. My guess is that figuring out our situation was more his job more than Hannah's, but I don't know that.) Anyway, Hannah was a star! The room and casino were refreshingly clean as well.

My husband and I spent the weekend at Ameristar and it was a really great experience! Our room was nice and clean with a lovely view. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a variety of gambling options that was fun to explore, and the food and drinks were good. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the top floor as well. Definitely recommend Ameristar as a wonderful weekend getaway.

Everyone was very nice and polite. Parking was free and convenient. We sat by a man that won 14,000.00 or more dollars, and got to celebrate in on his win. Unfortunately we left broke. Place was clean and mask were a option. I only have two suggestions. Provide hand sanitizer at least when you enter or a neutral place. I also would suggest wiping the machines down more often. We were in one area for hours and we seen the machines cleaned once. Other than that you must go and enjoy!!

Yes ask at FRONT desk and they will Help
Yes they do, 22 tables, and a great service and a well assorted amount of amenities
There is a zip line and raft tours. There is lots to do as a family close to the casino's just not in town.. People shouldn't judge a question here just give a helpful answer ... Spend time as a family in the day and have the older siblings if applicable watch the children at night. Also the Ameristar has a pool and all kids love the pool! Happy safe travels!
There is one buffet open and it’s at the MONARCH. You’re welcome
