No Santa usually hangs out there in late November December. He’s usually gone in March. That being said if you do find him I don’t know if I’d let my kid near him.
I believe so. I know RTC has a big to-do about Christmas and I would imagine Santa is part of the festivities. I wouldn't be right without him.
