I have been a patient at least 4 years. They are always professional and kind. I really like Dr. Brar.

I feel very blessed to have found this practice. I have the privilege of being a patient of Deborah Nelson, PA-C for 9 years and counting at the Reston, VA location. She is an amazing practitioner who takes her time and always listens, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. She always goes above and beyond to help with or guide you to someone who can help whatever you need. I am equally grateful to have been a patient of Dr. Virgil Balint throughout the years until his retirement. His peaceful demeanor, calm voice, skill and steady hand when performing my epidural injections and radio frequency ablation eased my fears and the pain of the procedure. The office staff are on top of things, friendly, and always try to help in whatever way they can. I just give a shout out to Jana at the Reston, VA office who always makes the extra effort to help. It may be just a smile, hello, and a short conversation or making sure your medications have the prior authorizations needed quickly she keeps the front desk together and functioning very well. I would highly recommend this company. They have offices all over the state of Virginia and in other states, each one with many different providers to choose from. The practice holds themselves to high standards and in experience that has been abundantly clear. They are extremely busy and book up quickly so remember that when calling for an appointment.

Doctor didn’t help reduce my pain, told me I needed to learn how to “cope”. Denied my request to get a second opinion from their other doctor. Extremely upset with care received (or rather, lack of care)

I have Spinal Stenosis the entire length. The treatment I get by Doctor Balint and his fine staff makes it possible to keep on going. It is a painful treatment but they make it easy to tolerate. Definitely 5 star.

It depends on both the procedure and what you mean by anesthesia. I am familiar with several procedures there that are conducted with local anesthetic/numbing agents. I am uncertain if anything is done under general anesthesia there as I have not had a procedure that required this. The staff and doctors there are very professional and can provide you a specific answer based upon the procedure in question though.
Out of an abundance of caution I would not do those the same day. Better yet, wait 2 or 3 days between them.
