Depends. Generally, in Florida, 18 is legal age to rent a room. If there is a liquor bar in the room, it tends to be 21. Hotels, themselves, can also restrict the age to 21 for insurance purposes. Easiest way to determine is to call the property and ask the agent at the hotel. (Try it mid day to avoid getting a busy agent processing check-out or check-ins and being placed on hold for an hour).
Mist likely keep in mind these are time shares that participate in rental program so I'm sure you have to be of age to sign a contract
