Great staff that is always willing to help in anyway. Angela the Director is fabulous and so friendly. The condos are well maintained and the landscaping is very nice. All around wonderful vacation getaway.

My family has had a time share here for over 30 years. The beach access, dual hot tubs, and gulf views remain awesome. All units are recently updated, and both buildings were essentially rebuilt after Hurricane Charlie in 2005.

This is a timeshare property. Various individual weeks are available. Around the holidays they cost a lot more. Late winter and early spring are prime time also. I'm unsure about getting a place for fewer than 7 days. The office is staffed by lovely people whom you should call for more info.

Has red tide been a problem recently?
