Paid over $30 for parking and got a ticket for being 5min late with my children walking back from the beach. The ticket guy named Rick apologized said to call on Monday and I did and was told to go to court or pay. This beach as lost my business, I used to come here every weekend. I will take my family somewhere else.

If you have to pay $5 per hour to park, this is the place to do it! Entire lot is covered by video monitoring, multiple drinking fountains, bottle filler and even a puppy bowl. For us humans an excellent set of clean bathrooms are at the ready. Like all things on Sanibel, there are so many warnings and signs about fines, etc. Just a quarter mile walk to the beach is easy to navigate and safe.
