At ur local animal shelter you can walk in according to their hours
There are a lot of small dogs at the SPCA. Sometimes they just arent available for adoption yet.
A small dog is hard to come by. At the spca they will take your information and when one comes in they will let you know. You have to visit first. Visit several shelters and get your name on the list.
