You have to Qualified for certain program.
You do not have to go to the food bank and they help you with food.
You can go to your local social service building you can apply for snap EBT if you have young babies wic you can also maybe apply for tanf and you can ask for chasm it may be spelt wrong but there are a list of places mostly churches that will take your info and give you food donations. You can also Google feeding programs near me.
