Yes! if The Salvation Army have the financing. They also help with Gas and Dominion Power bill but not water. The Salvation Army only take those calls on Mondays at 8:30 a.m. They have a high volume of calls and only take a limited amount of applicants per Monday. It can be anywhere from just 5 applicants to 25 applicants. So be sure to remain patient when trying to get through because of the high volume of calls. Hope this helps.
