This was maybe my 6th time at American Bounty. I've never been disappointed. The school is so beautiful. The service is always great and there is so much attention to detail. This time, it was lunch. We were seated quickly, and the waiter was there immediately. Water and just-out-of-the oven rolls were brought out just minutes after being seated. I don't eat meat or dairy, so I ordered the vegetable pot pie. It was huge, and so good. This is a must-do during a trip to Hyde Park. Be sure to make your reservations a few weeks in advance. The only thing that wish they would do is offer more vegan/vegetarian options.

Our first visit to any of the restaurants at the Culinary Institute of America was wonderful. Our meals, from the lamb to the sirloin, to the shepherds pie, were excellent. The restaurant space is comfortable and welcoming, and the staff was engaging and attentive. We would happily visit again!
