It was my first time signing up for home deliverd meals. I did the application and i waited to hear something from feed more and still no call, I gave them plenty of time to call me and they did not so i decided to call them and the lady said that I sent your application to senior connections i said ok, so i called senior connections and the lady told who had my application and called back somebody else my application i said ok. Thing's really have changed, you have to go through a lot just to receive a meal they act as if the meals belong to them. 1.if you have been in the hospital, if you have a nurse or an aide helping you. Or you are home bound and can't get out,or if you receive medicade, and food stamps, if you don't have nobody to help you prepare meals for you. All of these qualifications are needed just to have meals delivered to you.. There are people that really need it and their are people that don't need it and their are people that have to go through to much to receive it. Senior connections is not the company i thought they were. They want to worry about me calling them back.Iam happy for any individual that receive meals through senior connections.. The lady didn't know who had my application i was told one name and then i was given another.. Five Stars i don't think so.some of them regulation's need to be changed for senior citizens especially if you are handicaped You live here and a citizen can't get help that is saying a lot for some of these organizations my eyes have definitely opened up iam not going to try no more.. I don't need no body coming to where i live just to make an accessment to determine my eligibility.. Thank you Senior Connections for not calling me after you received.my application I knew that i would probably be disappointed. .. and i was right. I will make it will make it work. You never know until you try i did try.

Yes they do. Call 804-343-3000. Ask for the Energy assistance program and they will connect you with their Intake Department. I hope that's helpful.

They dont a facility. However, through there short term home care program that may be able to assist you with getting someone to your home to bathe your husband.

Senior Connection s does have living facilities but can offer assistance in finding affordable housing for seniors in the Richmond metropolitan area
I dont work there anymore. Talk to police, contact social services for abuse. They may, Senior Connections, help u with housing. Long shot. Also, if u disabled, talk to, va state disability office. Good luck. R
