Do they give breeders permit

U pay like $100 or $150 to get a license for a non neutered dog that has its shots and qualifies. I thinks licensure is half priced if theyre neutered. Not sure if its a breeders permit though

I do remember when I worked for RACC if your pet was picked up & it wasn't spayed & you had a breeder permit the fine was higher. But if you didn't have a permit you were required to get your pet spayed & then bring proof to the ACO. If you didn't get your pet spayed the fees were very expensive. This was of course back in 1998-2001 & the receptionist had information on where to get a breeder permit & I think I remember we sent ppl to City Hall for that & there a lot or requirements to get a breeder permit. But idk what they requirements were.

Not sure, but they do know how to get one since the ACOs can give citations.
