Most do, near the Dig Site there is remodeling going on. Around other places too. I'm in Coronado Springs and my section is remodeled fully.

They're finished with casitas 1 thru 5. Theyll be done with the other rooms soon.

They are still in the remodeling process, but you can request a remodeled room.
