There are ice machine on each floor. Just have to walk a little ways around and find the signs for it. Follow the exit signs one way or another it will be there.
I stayed in Casitas and there was one plus a vending machine on each floor next to the elevator.
In my building, Casitas 2, they were to the end of the aisle if you took a left leaving the elevator
And there are plenty of signs to lead the way
They are in every floor.
Near the elevators on the boards of the hotel rooms should tell you where
