I hate to wait for my room. If check in is after 3pm then have my room ready. Waiting for it means you need to hire more staff. So it's been 1.5 hrs and I rate it at a 2 for service.

i used the my disney experience app i got my choice of checkin times, i had my room at 11am and went on my way ti the parks. Very easy

This time they offered 60 dollar gift card to not have the cleaning staff come to our room for the week we were there. So, they are definitely not hiring more staff.

Last week it took until 3:30 for it to be ready. Magical express dropped our luggage off while we were in the park. We didn't mind at all because all our luggage was being delivered. But I can totally understand your frustrations if you had to bring your luggage to the room before going to the parks.
