My room had a standard hotel blow dryer, but it did not have a microwave. The room does have a mini fridge (no freezer) and a Keurig coffee maker though.

I hate to wait for my room. If check in is after 3pm then have my room ready. Waiting for it means you need to hire more staff. So it's been 1.5 hrs and I rate it at a 2 for service.
