The construction is only an issue if you stay in the Cabanas or near as the bridges are closed and you will need to walk along way round. There is a golf cart that will take you to el Centro but it's not regular. TV is 50 inch
We just got back yesterday from a week long stay. Stayed in Casitas 1 (preferred) heard no construction noise at all and the TV was 50"
There is construction, especially near the Cabanas area. But there is very little noise during sleeping hours. I have not stayed in a preferred room. In the regular room, the TVs are a decent size ... maybe 36-40 inches.
No sure about the tv question but yes, There is construction going on. We were there mother's day weekend and the construction was not an issue at all!
