Not sure, it's an open market so I guess as long as Fido is leashed and not a terror, it's alright.
Ive always took my dog there ,as long as u klean up after them they dont say to much ..But as always u have a. Ouple who runins it for all of us .....
They have "no dogs allowed" painted on the ground at entry points pretty large and prominent, but I've seen many people bring all sizes of dogs and no one says anything.
