I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to share our gratitude for the staff at Maris over the past 2.5 years. We recently had to move out because we are relocating to a different city, but if we could take Maris and move it with us, we would. The apartments are the best and most modern in the area, the amenities are great and always well taken care of, the location is excellent, and the maintenance team could not be more responsive or quick to resolve any issues. The leasing and management team are always there to help, and have made our experience living here 10/10. I have zero complaints about anything, and would recommend this place to anyone!

Lived in the Maris for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it. Would rent here again if we move back to the area! All the staff (leasing and maintenance) was extremely responsive and always helpful! 7/5 stars!

Maris has been a wonderful community to be a part of! I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff since living here. As I tenant, I feel heard and that has made a world of a difference in making this place feel like home. It's proximity to all of the best eateries and cutest pups in town is just a bonus! Would 10/10 continue to recommend this place to anyone looking for a continuously welcoming experience!

The Maris was my home for 3 years. I can honestly say the staff Diana, Tameka, & Nick (sorry if I misspelled) always went above and beyond to ensure the residents were taken care of. The community was wonderful at all times. The facilities were absolutely top notch. I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was for me live there. I love everything about this place and it will be dearly missed.
