We now live in Heritage Harbour in a house that needs a lot of attention. But we really love this community!

Questions & Answers

You may contract with someone who lives in the community to provide in home care. Heritage Harbour is an independent living 55+ community. Residents live in their own homes or condos.

If a resident gets sick, is there a way she can stay/transfer in the community?

I'm not sure what services are provided, as I do not live there. From what I understand, each resident owns their home. If there are other places for sale that fit your lifestyle, then you should be able to purchase the new residence if you can afford it.

Hi, I am writing today to ask what the difference is between a Class A membership and a recreational membership. And to ask if a property owner is allowed to become a recreational member and not a class a member? Please let me know. Thank you

A class A member is a property owner in Heritage Harbour. A recreational member is someone who rents a house or condo or who lives with a family member and has been granted recreational membership by their landlord or family member who owns the property. Recreational members do not vote in elections but have the ability to use all of the recreational facilities as a resident of the community and can fully participate in all of the classes and organizations in the community.
