Horrible! There's lots of rooms that aren't being used and we still haven't been seen. My daughter has been super sick and still nothing. I definitely don't recommend this hospital. Let's see how long it takes them to see my daughter. We have been here for 4hours!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time being sent to collections from Anne arundel hospital for bills my INSURANCE covered. Anne arundel used to be a good hospital. What happened?!

Their bill says how convenient it is to pay online. Well, it isn't convenient at all. I was blocked out from my account, and when I call to pay online no one answers the phone. Their answer machine says they are open Mom-Fri 8-5pm well I called 8:30am on a Wednesday and no one answered the phone. Now they like to keep sending you the bill and put this is the final notice before sending you to collections. We'll make it possible to pay the bill then! There isn't a live help online, there isn't an email and the phone is useless. Send me to collections and I send you to court! Get your stuff and staff together and put some people working in this office answering the phone. I am not sending check via email because I do not trust someone will be there to receive it. I'm not sending it through mail. Make it convenient to your clients!!

Our testings sites do not require an appointment. However, our testing site requires a doctor's order. Our Sajak testing location focuses on pre-surgical patients, symptomatic employees and primary care patients that have an active order for testing. If you have an order, the regular testing clinic hours in Sajak are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Our hospital and medical offices accept Aetna, however, if you are seen in the ER by certain providers, they may have a different network of insurances they accept. Is there a certain service you are specifically inquiring about? If you would like to verify coverage or have questions regarding out-of-pocket expenses we recommend that you call the member services number on your insurance card or contact your employee benefits program for more information.
