This property is in a convenient location. The office staff is very inviting and kind. Thanks for the cold beverage and snacks lol The grounds are well kept and the unit I saw was spectacular and I'm excited about the total experience I had. Thanks again leasing office! Hope to be moving here soon!!!

I just recently moved in a couple of weeks ago. The leasing office was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The property is clean and quiet and the neighbors I’ve met are friendly.

This is the worst Property in Annapolis. The manager was arrested last night due to assault on one of the resident after she entered in the apartment with no prior notice while under the influence for no reason. Also she used to harass the residents. There are more than 3 police cases filed against her.

Did the management company for Bayshore Landing Apartments go out of business? On or about Feb 1, 2022, I met with Meg-Haun in the Leasing office and applied for a rental unit. I submitted a $130 cashier check rental application/deposit ($30 non-refundable application fee + $100 towards deposit, refundable if application cancelled before acceptance). I cancelled my application before acceptance and am due back $100 (acknowledged by Meg-Haun via email Feb 15, 2022). I still have not received this $100 refund, nor heard anything from them. Today I cannot get anyone to answer their telephone in the office - it rings a few times, then goes dead.
