Hi, I'm in NY for 3 months as a Spaniard; I want to know if it's true that I can go to Spain and return in 1 month?

The ESTA is an authorization to stay in the US for 90 days as a tourist you can enter and leave as many times as you want, they advise you not to travel before 6 months, but it is not a law with which you could travel a month if you wanted, but you risk that the customs will ask you a thousand questions, because in the end they are the ones who decide whether you enter or not

you must leave wait 3 months and re-enter when you have the ESTA

I doubt it is a long time here according to the American laws can enter but they will get attention because they know that three months work if I return in six months or more I do not think that I have problems can deny entry. I hope to help
