Good afternoon, I am Colombian and I also have a Spanish passport 3 years ago I am not going to Spain, my question is if it is true that I have to write to the Spanish consulate because I could lose Spanish nationality?

You must register with the consulate, it does not entail cost and can be carried out by email.
