If you must ask for a tourist visa
Peruvians DO NOT NEED VISA to enter SPAIN or any SHENGHEN state, along with Colombia the tourist visa was eliminated for a maximum of 3 months 2 years ago. Go with round trip, medical insurance, hotel reservation or letter of invitation and economic means. Regards !!!!!
Yes, if you are Spanish and reside in Spain, you can apply for a family visa, or the invitation will be made on your behalf. If it does not apply, a tourist visa would be necessary.
