As far as I can tell some people actually live here. At less than $900/month all utilities included it would be an awesome place to live full time. Do not know if there is a limit though. 14 days per site. You can always reserve another site. You ck out at noon and co in to the new site at 2 pm
21 days out of the month is allowed.

Don't know we were there in a motorhome and only for the weekend
