Is it high crime ? Do management walk in any time? Is it still roach mildew and rat problems

I don't have problem with either bugs or mildew But NOW THERE AS been some problem with crime. I don't know if it's THAT management has STOP all things that they used to DO SO We know who's WHO here They used to have bingo every week THINGS FOR THE kids and families NOW there is nothing's at all but WE JUST got a New management team let's see what they DO I've been HERE many years

Not that much crime. No they give you 24 to 48 hour notice before they enter. Yes to the roach and mildew but they are working on both with this new company. I have not seen any rats here.
