I currently live on the property and I really love it! The manager and her staff are great! August will make three years since I've lived here and I have no complaints. I like that I can pay my rent online and put in a maintenance call online. Maintenance is really quick too. I put a request in this morning online and they have already come to fix it. Not saying they will always show up thirty minutes later, but they are fast! Lol.... One more thing, I feel really safe here too. My neighbors are all working people that are quiet and keep to themselves and I love that! I also like that the property is very clean. The maintenance team is always out cleaning and picking up trash. I also love that the roads have just gotten repaved in here. It makes the property look even better. Thank you Ms. Teri and the Creekside Team! 🙂

I applied for an apartment here and was instantly denied and out of $80 application fee. I was told by Staff i could reapply and add someone with a better credit score. I added my oldest daughter who I know for a fact has nothing under720 . I paid 120 application fee and never heard back regarding my application. I call Friday and she said it was denied due to her credit first but when I challenged it she said my daughter had no rental history which is also a lie because she is a co-signer on current lease and has been for pass 3 years. Seems like they are just taking peoples application fees know they have no intentions on approving them . I am out of 200 dollars and still no logical reason for being denied after adding my daughter.

Do not apply out her they will literally lie to you about the requirements you need to be approved out there just to get your money when application is submitted. Literally 5 minutes later I was denied in the application usually takes within 1 to 2 days to get back to you and I haven’t even submitted my paystub‘s yet and I’m not the only person this happened to so beware.

I lived here with my husband for two years and we would have lived here longer if my husbands job wasn’t moved to a different location. The management and staff in the leasing office are so helpful and sweet to talk to. The apartments were so spacious and we only had to call maintenance twice for the two years we lived there for any issues. The property was always beautiful and a perfect place to walk our dog. We definitely miss living here.
