I am a current resident here it was my first apartment! When I tell you this place has taught me alot and that's what not to look for in an apartment! I moved to a bigger unit and went without AC for 3 days they new the ac was broke Thursday before the Friday I was moving in! The AC being broke is also not considered an emergency request! They charge you fees can't explain what I'm being charged for there is no paper trail! Renters please beware they are not professional at all.... Fast forward to today 3/31/22 my ac has yet again broke. It's going on 4 days without a working ac and the AC repair man they had quit. I don't know why they won't contract someone out in order to fix the issue. Please save your money don't rent here. They have gotten a better leasing lady but to have work order such as this fixed they are dragging they feet

So I lived here for a year currently in process of moving .. feb 1st my lease is up and I’m not renewing due to the fact I feel as these apartments need to be torn down & be reconstructed .. the bugs the AC the showers it’s not worth the price more the hassle ..
