For the past three years, I have regularly gone into this Dahlonega, GA Branch to purchase a money order. (Maybe monthly) Last week, Barbara who has waited on me MANY times said she needed two IDs if I did not have a debit card! Duhhh! Not everyone uses a debit card!! I told her I had never given more than my DL and no one had ever asked me for two IDs including her. Wells Fargo needs to concentrate on better customer service instead of giving energy to opening fake accounts. As soon as we cancel our direct deposits, we will leave this NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED bank!

The staff is friendly and wait times for a banker are not long. My only complaints are with Wells Fargo as a company and nothing against this particular branch. But they lose one star for their lack of a drive through ATM, very inconvenient.

Deposited money today at this location and they asked me for my Social Security Number after I already accessed my checking account with my debit card. I asked why they needed my SSN and they told me because of the amount of cash I was depositing. I asked for more detailed information and they told me they could not disclose the information on why. What a terrible bank and terrible employee. What’s it coming to when you have to give personal information but can’t get a reason why!?! Something needs to change!
