Went for lunch snd wine tasting…. The location is lovely but the place was messy and unwelcoming. Boxes and opened cartons laid in entrance foyer area. Rude hostess . Panini and salad for lunch was very good. Wine tasting was average. An 18% charge is added to bill and the rude hostess announced it was not towards her tip! What is it for then? Disappointed.

Very nice location. We had the flight 'A' reds and we could barely drink them. Bitter taste.

I love the location and the view from the decks. The paninis were very good. We went Thursday so, we were not able to try the pizzas but, I hear they are very good too. The only reason I am giving Frogtown a 3 rating is the 18% service fee they charge. The waitress explained it was not a tip it was a fee to cover salaries and other expenses so, they are expecting a tip on top of the 18% service fee. It needs to be clear if this fee is a tip or not. The smarter way to do this is embed the fee in the cost of the food and the wait staff would probably get better tips. We may go back for the view and wine tasting but go else where for food.

I have been here before and I didn't realize how poor the staff treats customers. We arrived yesterday for our reservation, I tried several times through out the week to call so we could get an outside table for my dog and had no luck even after leaving voicemails and chatting through the reservation platform. When we arrived a women very rudely said no dogs allowed, which I understand they have their rules but there is ways to say something. As we tried to get our point of cross that we didn't know, this lady kept talking over us and then I received an email saying my reservation was cancelled while I was standing right there. A younger hostess came by and I asked if I would get charged for the cancellation and she was helpful with that question. I told her that I had been trying to call and she said "they were short staffed that day" and I said I had been trying all week and she replied "i will let the owner know" They really just wanted us out the door. Me and my siblings who I went with are latino's and the American couple right before us did not get treated this way. Please see below how they still don't take accountability for the treatment of their potential clients

Wear a mask the same way in which you would when you are out and about in public spaces. Socially distanced table seating. Tables and chairs all sanitised after each seating. Take a pocket hand sanitiser for your own personal use. Most importantly enjoy!
You’d be better off calling someone direct about this and they’d be able to give you a much more detailed answer than on a public q & a where the owners don’t seem to check in on very often to answer any questions...
Frogtown only sells at the winery. However you can become citizens and get a shipment of Craig's choice a few times amonth.
