Don’t know what owning their own dogs has to do with allowing others to bring their pets, sounds like an excuse to me. As long as dogs are on a leash and owners pick up after them should they need to I can’t see where the problem would lie at a place like this where being outdoors is the main attraction. This must put a lot of visitors off. Surely they could have an area for their own dogs during opening hours if they’re really needing to be kept apart but still allowed to roam
