The park is nice but the management is terrible. It took them three weeks and multiple phone calls to get me an answer to something they should have been able to tell me within 24 hours. I can only imagine how long it would take them to schedule anything that requires actual work. God forbid you get a pothole in front of your place or a street light goes out. For your own piece of mind, find somewhere else to live, the management at this park sucks.

July 2021 I sold my mothers mobile home because she was no longer able to take care of herself and she had moved in with me. Date Palm Country Club went ahead and took out August rent from her checking account and Marlo Amillio has refused to reimburse her! We have been calling several times a month every month for the last 10 months and she still refuses to return our call or write us a check for the rent that is owed! The woman who answers the phone keeps taking down my name and number and saying she’ll call back and never does! So it makes me wonder if Marlo pocketed the money and cannot take it out of Date Palm Country Club account because they would ask her questions.. there is no other logical reason why this woman is refusing to give my mother back her money and at this point Date Palm Country Club has stolen it from her!

Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. The price is not worth dealing with this horribly run course with some of the worst management I've ever experienced. Judy was rude, condescending, and downright mean. She even spoke poorly about her own staff. In addition, Judy was unwilling work with my group who booked this course for the main event of our weekend retreat. We paid for 6 golfers with 2 spectators, but were randomly kicked off the course for "insurance reasons" after only two of our golfers had teed off from the first hole. I will never be back and will continue to spread the word to avoid this course.
