January 16, 2021:Brought car in to service department because they didn't tighten everything correctly under car or what not after they serviced it last week. Not good!! They are taking people ahead of me and I was told no waiting because their mistake. Service guy out front very rude to me because I tell him I was actually next in line and what was happening after some lady luedto get in front, lol. Treated horrible and rude as he is rude to me and some lady being rude to me(glaring at men, arguing, saying bad things( and the service guy allowing it. Basically provoked it. Name maybe was Wenden??? Bad service Bad Attitudes!!! May, 2020: Stay clear of Jared in financing or you will be lied to(lied about my credit & the financing rates,time. Also said optional items were already on car and had to charge me, all a Lie-Fraud. He had them added while trying to get me to sign) & ripped off. Jared not only tried to rip me off once I got there by lying and bogus charges, he didn't even offer me a ride when I was going to come in to buy a car after I told him I was going to have to walk(3 miles) to dealership. The sales manager Juan, the same, he was a participant in these fraudulent charges. Horrible that Jared anddand Juan do this to customers trying to spend locally and during a pandemic! also when test driving the car we got a flat they said they would patch it I said I want a new tire if I buy it, it's a new car they said I would get a new tire. kept having problems the first two months with low pressure in the tire and foud out they did not give me a new tire they patched it and rotated it to the other side and now I'm having problems because the puncture in the tire was in an unsafe area to patch, unpatchable so to speak. CouldFCould have caused me an accident! Go elsewhere!! Service center. Have oil change appointment. Several vehicles be taken in that cane after nmeNot good!!
