My husband and I saw a car that we really wanted available at Palm Springs Kia online. My husband called and spoke to Andres in sales and was immediately very helpful. I want to start by saying I've never purchased a car from here. BUT I have been to this location over a half dozen times with a close friend (David Matzkin) who has, I've noticed he's always had difficulty dropping off and picking up his car on time, they're always trying to sell him something trivial when he comes in to pick it up the last time was a brake cleaning and when he said no he still had the way to half hour even though they told him over the phone his car was ready.
