I spoke with Nicole Marshall, who had absolutely zero customer service skills. Was unempathatic and dismissive, with zero care. I sent in an online application 3 weeks ago to transition the bill under my name only to have my power shut off today. When we called, I was told "oh we've been having issues with online applications" with no follow up as to what the recourse is. I was told to try to fill out the application and send it in within 15 minutes because they were closing and have to pay a rush fee of $49 otherwise we would be left without power over the weekend...

Same goes for all your weak employees just as it does for the water company. IT'S TIME YOU GROW A PAIR AND OPEN THE DOORS TO THE PUBLIC. I find it very disrespectful to continue with this impersonal way you deal with the public.

Worst company I have ever deal with. They are charging the second home owners double the rate vs full time residents, and they don’t inform you of that. Someone should get them out of business. Nothing but thieves.

The power flashes off 4 times today and its only noon 🙄 It used to be not so bad , but now with the new HD satellite box it takes 13 minutes to reset ☹ Oh my what a cry baby 😢 Lol , BVE , is awesome, i am grateful for all the hard work you do. I see all the maintenance done clearing tree limbs away from power lines , and when the wind or ice brings down the grid we are blessed by the way its restored in a timely manner. Its never been more than 12 hours in the last 16 years. Its usually just a couple hours or so. Thank you BVE 😊
