Worst practitioner in my 40 years. Initially a regular patient who then experienced a horrific accident. I haven’t been able to walk for a year because of this awful “medical” professional. Avoid this woman at all costs. She is awful. She has no empathy. She has no personal responsibility for her job. This WOMAN IS THE WORST!!!

Room C-113 If I could give this Review one star I would because it’s not worthy of one star. TODAY April,29,2022 At 11:00Am I had a physical appointment, my physical was needed for my job employment to meet requirements for hiring and moving to second step my appointment was confirmed I show up and the lady at the front desk says I’m not in the system for an appointment. I show her proof of paper work from my job that my appointment is set and she continues to say she can’t do anything but set another appointment for me this was extremely inconvenient. I mention to the lady at the front desk that I will call my manger that set the appointment to ask what happened. I call my manger and she reached out to the front desk lady and asked what went wrong & my manger mentioned lady was being rude ext it’s a whole show I can’t type it all but I wouldn’t trust this place anymore for the reason being it was very unwelcoming,unprofessional and wasted my time will never be here again. Employees don’t follow the rules they make their rules on who to pick on and make it hard to get the job done. I could have started working sooner but for all this that happened I’m going to have to wait a bit longer. Don’t go to this place if your not trying to waste your whole day.

I saw Laurie Hannan-Reagan today for the first time. She was fantastic! She spent almost an hour with me and was extremely thorough, answering all of my questions and giving me some useful health tips. I would highly recommend Laurie to anyone looking for an easy to talk to, straightforward health care provider.

I had to take a medical evaluation for TSA/TSO position. i had the tests and while on vision test i asked to put my glasses on during the short distance 16/23 inches test and i was refused from the nurse . So i failed . Called CHS/TSA and they told me that is wrong ,they should exam you with the glasses you use. I went to a ophthalmologist i was checked and i passed the test. He told me that is discrimination due to my age and i am allowed to take the vision test with the glasses i use. I can not say that they were not polite during my exam especially the doctor but i should have told her that the nurse did not allow me to use my glasses . As a result of the ignorance i had to pay for the ophthalmologist plus a big delay on my hiring process and consequently lost the airport i was looking to go too. Plus money expenses that need not to be done. It is so sad when they do not know how to follow the rules that they have been assigned too . i hope they are not doing mistakes like that at the more serious medical exams.
