I'm sure they consider whoever's on the loan as income. Social security is income anyways.
This is a major Toyota dealership. I would assume down payment would have to be cashier's check or cash. Verify by calling them.
The battery is cheap. I think mine was something like $20.00. It should work with a battery change.
