Treated rudely by a snaggle toothed woman that was incapable of doing her job correctly. Can’t imagine leaving someone as incompetent as her in charge of anything other than changing the blinker fluid on the cars.

Got a nice SUV rental! The check in and drop off were extremely easy and fast. The only complaint O had was the exterior was not fully washed, therer were still lots of dirt and dead insects in the front panel.

Stuck me with car insurance even though I declined it. The contract was confusing so I asked what the total was. They said the amount I thought so I was satisfied. Returning car they applied insurance and said would only waive half. Got the e-receipt and they charged 100%. Very deceiving...go with someone else...

Budget was affordable. Although receiving my car took way longer than their competition, I would go back for the affordability. The guy that check me out was very slow and un-enthused about his job. The car was filthy inside and out. For whatever reason so rental cars smells like smoke these days. Even though there were workers outside, no one directed me to my car or attempted to help me. But for the affordability, I will go back again as I only travel for work.
