Staff is nice, but when you make an appointment I’ve always waiting 20 to 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.. I’m always just told to sit and wait.. but I feel like If I made an appointment I should be taken care of.Like right this moment I made an appointment for 08:45 and I’m still here waiting while other customers came in and have gotten token cared off... it’s 1:27 now hopefully they won’t call me in an hour later. I really want to give them 2 stars but I’m being nice

This place is the best in Los Angeles. Every location I went to was amazing , wonderful crew and great doctors. They took Great care of me every time. I would definitely recommend it to my family members and friends especially women. Their service and care are out of this world . Thank you for every person that took care me while I was there and I thank Dr. Steward for being awesome.

Would not recommend ever going here. They waste your time. It's been my 3rd attempt at coming in and they still have not verified my insurance. That should be the first thing before you attempt to bring in a new patient. I have given them 3 weeks to work on it and they are unprofessional and never answer their phones. They sit around and waste my time for no reason. What's the point of being a clinic that just puts clients on hold and never answer their calls?

Received minimal information regarding the procedure beforehand. Didn't feel like the staff was supportive. Everyone was just there to do their job and your personal needs/emotions weren't really considered in the process.
