Tyler and crew were prompt, courteous, and careful. Tyler noticed the item was damaged as soon as he began unwrapping it. He asked if I preferred to send it back with him or keep it as a loaner until an undamaged piece arrived. He documented all damage and reported it to the company so that my replacement was ordered that same day. Although I was disappointed to receive damaged furniture, the delivery team handled it in a helpful, professional manner.

The men delivered two broken Arhaus nightstands. The drawers were obviously broken and crooked and yet they unboxed them and set them up. Very disappointed in the quality of the furniture and the fact that the delivery men didn’t say anything about the broken drawers.
