I went here out of share desperation on the new 2017 Chrysler mobility van I had just bought. When loading the wheelchair it did not line up correctly with the straps and so we went to see MSI mobility. I called them and they said they could see me immediately. I went down and they looked the vehicle over and came up with a great solution on how we could fix the issue. They said they could get the vehicle in next Friday so we go in to have the straps and the stops moved to where they'll match up with my wheelchair. I look forward to working with them now and in the future.
