There is no accountability to the residents who pay to live there!!
Was thinking the same thing. Reminded me of swimming the Colorado river during a holiday, mouth full of gasoline, at DDCP its SPF 50, yuk. Pool rules are never enforced. The pool users (could be resedents? you never know, security 0%) put it all over there bodys and jump in. Hair spray, purfume are in abundance also. It says in plain black letters at every pool (3) strictly forbidden. If its allowed, take down all the signs with the rules and update. go's back to the why are they so poorly maintained. No one really cares would be the direct observation. Check for yourself, really, I'm just saying. Please no get hurts, jeeeeeeesh!
The staff doesn't use them.
