I understand we're in a pandemic. And some things change. However, if you're going to close your office don't make it harder for people to contact you especially the elderly and disabled. We're told to renew online but when you do, they give you an appt which they do not call on. Then its automatically your fault. Its a nightmare dealing with this office. They make some serious mistakes and you and your family pays for it. They need to be more organized and talk more politely.

The state needs to investigate this place !!! The most unprofessional, disrespectful, people EVER!!! IF.... you get through, they still dont help & talk to you so rudely. Definitely reporting this place . Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one.

If the certification is anything like public education, you would need to recertify in the state of GA. I'll be taking the GACE this summer to be a paraprofessional in the school system in the fall. You can call directly to be sure but good luck getting an answer.
5 to 7 days expedited, up to 30 days for decision otherwise
I would recommend going into the office.
